In 2022, AVANCE Company's "One Heart, One Way Forward" team building activity

On July 9, 2022, our company organized a team-building activity in Shunfengshan Park with the theme of "Going Forward with one heart and one mind". On the day of the activity, the sun was shining brightly and the sky was clear. All the staff were divided into 8 groups with one leader in each group. Before the activity, everyone stood in front of the largest stone monument square in Asia and took a group photo.

       After the group photo, the competition was officially kicked off. This group building activity consisted of two parts: one was to clock in on foot, and the team leaders were to lead the group members to the designated four scenic spots. Then the group members took photos with the prescribed scenic spots as the background, and the photos were uploaded to the wechat group immediately. The second is the fun game competition, each group will send members to participate, each game only compete the top three, respectively score 5 points, 4 points, 3 points. Finally, the top three will be judged according to the total score.

       The group leaders have a clear goal and lead their team members to the four designated scenic spots. Among them, the engineering team and the logistics team are particularly active. On the day of the announcement of the activity, they have been ready to prepare the route in advance and are confident to fight for the first place. Of course, planning, but also need perseverance, more need unity.

     In the competition, everyone did not forget to use cameras to record the unique scenery of "green mountains and waters". Shunfeng Mountain Park covers an area of 8209 mu, including Taiping Mountain, Shenbu Mountain, Guipan Lake, Qingyun Lake and other scenic spots. According to the mountain landform, it forms a natural and cultural landscape of "green mountains, clear water, one temple, two lakes, two towers", showing the charm of Jiangnan classical garden architecture style everywhere.

After the first clocking activity, the second part of the team building activity was the fun game competition. On the green Four Seasons lawn, we were like a large class of lively big children playing to our hearts' content. Although our game is simple, it tests the reaction ability and cooperation and coordination of employees. For example, "unusual", the host says "left hand", the match staff should extend "right hand", say "squat", you should "stand"; "Stand loose" competition is like tai chi, the two sides can not move their feet, but to find a way to let the other side's feet out of their position... If you want to win, you have to SHOW your intelligence.

Although the sun was shining brightly, our colleagues were still enthusiastic and engaged. We all had a great time. After the game, we gathered together to enjoy a Shunde lunch. During the selection of activity awards, the outstanding team to praise. Every AVANCE person is the best, we are all "the strongest Kings"!
